Anticipated Volume Increase and Delivery Delays

 

It may not come as news that the transport industry is experiencing an all time high in parcel deliveries due to the various lockdowns across the east coast of our country. This increase in volume is causing significant delay in parcel deliveries.

If we could avoid these delays, we would, but unfortunately we cannot and will instead work harder on getting through the volume as quickly as possible. We are working with great effort and energy, day and night, to make all our consumer deliveries as close to on-time as possible.

Please understand that the health and safety of our people will remain our number one priority during this time, while doing everything we can to ensure the wellbeing of our consumers and the community as we strive to deliver an essential service.
